Shipping policy

For the following major city centers, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George and Bloemfontein: delivery can take up to 2-3 days.

For regional areas/areas outside of the above mentioned major city centers: delivery can take up to 3-5 days.

Delivery dates are good faith estimates only and are quoted in "business days"; this does not include weekends and statutory holidays.

P.O. box addresses are not accepted as delivery addresses as all packages must be to physical addresses. Our courier partners also need a person to sign for the package as proof of delivery so if you are unable to collect and sign yourself please make sure someone you trust can do it for you.

Unclaimed & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed by the customer, the customer must pay return shipping charges. We provide tracking numbers via email prior to packages leaving our warehouse/store and it is the customers responsibility to track the package and be aware of its whereabouts.

Local Pickup

We offer local pick up from our Durban store at 39 Charlotte Maxeke Street.

Please note the following:

• It will take up to 24 hours to process your order. We will send you a notification when you order is ready for pickup.
• Please print out your order/receipt and bring identification when collecting your product. 
• Our store times are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:30 and Saturday 09:00 to 14:00.

International

We currently only ship within South Africa, but you can get in touch with us at hello@linertec.co.za and we will try to make a plan.
