Orders & Shipping
Do I have to make an account to place an order?
Yes, you have to make an account on our website to place an order.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure the email you enter when you create an account on our website is free of any errors. We will not be able to send you an account activation email if the email you provide is not correct.
When are orders processed?
We process orders on Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) from 09:00 ~ 16:00.
How long does it take to process my order?
We work to process orders as quickly as possible but it can take up to 48 hours.
How will I know if my order is confirmed or being fulfilled?
As soon as payment is confirmed an order confirmation email will be sent to you. The email will have links to both your order and a order status page with which you can track the progress of your order. You can also log in to your account to see the order status page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Currently, we do not offer free shipping.
A flat shipping fee of R280.00 will be charged.
How long does shipping take?
For the following major city centers, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George and Bloemfontein: it can take up to 2-3 working days.
For regional areas/areas outside of the above mentioned major city centers: it can take up to 3-5 working days.
These shipping times are supplied by the courier services we partner with and are not a guarantee of delivery within the above mentioned time frames.
Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer than expected.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, after your order has shipped with our partner courier services, an email will be sent to you which will provide a tracking number and website link with which you can track your shipment.
Can you deliver to a P.O. box?
Our courier partners only deliver direct to door i.e. physical addresses. All deliveries must also be signed by a person as proof of delivery so please have someone able to collect on your behalf if you are not able to.
Do you deliver after hours or on weekends?
Unfortunately we do not.
Do you offer in-store pick up?
Yes we do. It is free for all eligible orders. Just select the "Pick up" option in delivery method during checkout.
Where do I go to pick up my order if I selected the in-store pick up delivery method?
Pick up locations will be shown below the delivery method. We currently only allow pick up from our store in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal.
How long till my order is ready for pick up and when can I come to pick it up?
Pick up orders are processed within 24 hours.
When can I come to pick up my order?
We will send you a notification email with instructions and information on the in-store pick up procedure, please remember to read the instructions and information carefully.
Do not come to the store before receiving the notification as your order will not be ready.

What are my payment options?
We currently offer 3 types of payment options at checkout:
- Credit & Cheque Card (VISA, Mastercard)
- Instant EFT (FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec, Investec, Tyme Bank and African Bank)
- Debit Card (VISA, Mastercard)
Is paying by credit card safe?
Yes, all our payment processing is handled by Payfast with strict security protocls such as being PCI-DSS level 1 compliant, using Extended Validation SSL and 3D secure. None of your card information is stored on our website.
Will I receive a payment confirmation email?
Yes, after you have completed payment for your order with the Payfast payment portal at checkout and your payment was accepted and cleared, Payfast will send you a payment confirmation email. You will also receive an order confirmation email from us.
